He is Vice President of Philadelphia Electric Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"); he is authorized to execute this Affidavit on behalf of the Company; and he has reviewed:
ERP-110. Appendix 1. Rev. 4 ERP-110. Appendix 2. Rev. 1 ERP-140, Appendix 2. Rev. 3 ERP-140 Appendix 4. Rev. 3 ERP-140 Appendix 7. Rev. 3 (hereinafter referred to as "the Documents"), and knows the contents thereof.

The parts of the Documents which are sought to be withheld from public disclosure are the listings of the names, telephone numbers of employees of the Company, and direct-line work telephone numbers of employees of the Company which are not listed in public telephone directories, and names, nome and work numbers of emergency response support personnel and organizations.
3.
To the best of his knowledge, information and belief, the names, home telephone numbers, t.nd direct-line work telephone numbers of Employees of the Company set forth in the Documents have been treated as confidential information and have been withheld from public disclosure by the Company.

The indicated information in the Documents should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary infonnation and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the names, home telephone numbers, and direct-line work telephone numbers of the employees of the Cogany and emergency support personnel could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individuals involved; disclosure of the work telephone numbers of the Company's employees and of the emergency responte personnel and organizations could adversely affect the capability of proret notification in the event of an emergency; such disclosure is not required in the public interest; and such disclosure could adversely affect the intere!.ts of the Company and its ability to effectively implement the notification requirements of the Emergency Plan Procedures.
