May 22, 1986 ORDER On May 7,1986, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board's decision in ALAB-8;6 reversed and remanded this Licensing Board's Third Partial Initial Decision (LBP-85-14, 21 NRC 1219 (1985) on one issue --
school bus driver availability -- and otherwise affirmed subject to an additional condition concerning traffic control.
The Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board concluded that our finding of reasonable assurance of a sufficient number of bus drivers willing to respond during an emergency at Limerick is not adequately supported by the record, insofar as the Spring-Ford and Owen J. Roberts School Districts.
In accordance with required action consistent with ALAB-836 to address the issue on remand "within the next three to four months," the Board establishes the following procedures:
The Board directs that the Licensee submit its proposal for resolution of the remanded issue within 20 days of the service date of 8605290547 860522 O 'l -

6 2-this order; other principal interested parties (Limerick Ecology Action (LEA) and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) may submit comments on the Licensee's proposal 14 days after the service date of Licensee's submission; the NRC Staff response shall be due seven (7) days after service date of the last response of the principal interested parties.
Exceptions to this schedule will be granted only for good cause, detailed and documented.
