In accordance with 10 CFR 76.68(b), the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) hereby submits twenty (20) copies of Revision 32 (November 8,1998) to USEC-01, Application for United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certification, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant.
Revision 32 incorporates changes to the Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs). These changes were previously submitted for your review in accordance with 10 CFR 76.45 and were approved as Amendment 16 to Certificate ofCompliance GDP-1 in your letter dated October 9,1998 (TAC NO.
L32073). Revision bars are provided in the right-hand margin to identify the changes. Revision 32 was implemented effective November 8,1998.
