Dear Mr. Hurley:
In response to reference (a), the steam generatori tube rupture analysis was submitted in reference (b).
At that time, the submittal included a proprietary version of the analysis. 'The attachments to this letter provide the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the analysis to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790.
Attachment A contains the proprietary version of the "Steam Generator Tube Rupture Analysis for the Dyron and B aidwood Plants".
Attachment B contains the non-proprietary version of the same analysis.
Attachment C contains a Westinghouse Application for withholding (letter CAW 88-101), Accompany Affidavit, and Proprietary I
Inf ormation flotice.
Since the "Steam Generator Tube Rupture l
Analysis for Byron and Braidwood Plants" contains information proprietary to Westingheuse Electric Corporation, it is supported b an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. y l
The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with i
specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
