Dear Mr. McKay and Ms. McKay:
I have received two Xerox copies of a form letter signed by you requesting "a limited appearance of 5 minutes to make an oral statement at the Seabrook nuclear plant licensing hearings."
The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board hearing this proceeding will conduct evidentiary hearings beginning on August 4,1986 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
The Board, in the exercise of its discretion under the provisions of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.715(a),I will not take oral limited appearance statements during this period.
However, you may wish to submit a written statement of your position on the issues in this proceeding.
