Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. (CNSI) respectfully submits the enclosed supplement in application for the renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9080.
The submittal contains complete sections of operating procedures, acceptance tests and maintenance programs currently in use for the Model No. CNS 7-100 package.
Also included in the submittal are CNSI as-built cask drawings.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 170.31, enclosed is payment in the amount of $150 (one-hundred fifty dollars) for this request for renewal.
