In the past, we have encouraged NARMS recipients who needed documents l
for reference on a regular basis to request distribution at an l
INFORMATION ONLY co-1 level.
It was not auditable and was adequate for your needs.
Today, we must Mk at all our services with an eye to cost-effectivenass.
It is not cost-effective to put labor and materials into a process not required to operate Fermi 2.
The only required distribution of documents should be to those recipients who need them to work, test, etc. in the field, where the control level must be CONTROLLED. Therefore, as of June 20, 1988, all documents distributed through NARMS will carry the CONTROLLED stamp and the recipients of these documents will be auditable.
If ycu do not feel that you require distribution and do not wish to be auditable, please contact Information Services at extension 64338 to cancel your distribution.
You will always be able to request INFORMATION ONLY or CONTROLLED-VOID AFTER STATED DAYS copics at any of our Information Centers.
