Application for a License Amendment to License R-53 (Docket 50-112)
The University of Oklahoma hereby submits this application for a license .mendment to approve the attached Dismantling and Decommis sioning Plan for the University of Oklahoma Research Reactor.
The atta:hed documents include the proposed Dismantling and Decommis-sioning Plan, Environmental Impact Appraisal, Technical Specification, and Phy;ie:1 C::=ity Pir . These documents reflect the fact that all nucicar fuel has been shipped from the facility to an approved DOE /NRC recipient an d that environmental surveys have detected little or no radioactive contamination above background. The plan also reflects the fact that the University desires to use the facility for radioactive source storage and utilization ?mder tne terms of the University Broad Form License.
