The treat to our citizens is terrific (as already demonstrated during the testing of weapons decades past).

Further to be moving this material across country, throughout the country poses an even broader threat from the certain to be accidents. We have seen what such contamination can do for thousands of miles as a, now famous, Russian accident demonstrated. And that material was not even at risk of vehicle transport.

Rethink this to reduce risk and not concentrate risk in my home state.
