Petitioners in case No. 20-1225 are Dont Waste Michigan, Citizens for Alternatives to Chemical Contamination, Public Citizen, Inc., San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace, Nuclear Energy Information Service, Citizens Environmental Coalition, and Nuclear Issues Study Group (collectively, Dont Waste Michigan, et al.).
Respondents are United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the United States of America.

Intervenors and Amicus Curiae. On June 26, 2020, Holtec International moved to intervene in case No. 20-1187. On June 30, 2020, Fasken Land and Minerals, Ltd., and Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners moved to intervene in the consolidated cases No. 20-1187 and 20-1225. On July 2, 2020, Sierra Club moved to intervene in the consolidated cases No. 20-1187 and 20-1225. The Court has not yet ruled on these motions to intervene.

Petitioner Beyond Nuclear seeks review of two NRC orders in Holtec International (Consolidated Interim Storage Facility) (NRC Docket No. 72-1051):
- Order issued on October 29, 2018, and
- Memorandum and Order CLI-20-04, issued on April 23, 2020 (CLI 04).
- 3. Related Cases.
On June 19, 2020, Dont Waste Michigan et al. filed a petition for review of CLI-20-04 in case No. 20-1225. By order dated June 23, 2020, this Court consolidated case No. 20-1225 with Beyond Nuclears case No. 20-1187.
