ITAAC 375 - RNS Pump Flow to RCS - Not Targeted See attached simplified flow diagram

1. RNS mid-loop flow test (Hot leg - RNS Pump - RCS) o Test initially performed SAT in December of 2019 with temporary orifices believed to be smallest expected diameter.

o During CMT testing, A train orifice diameter was reduced from 4.517 to 4.45. B train orifice diameter did not change.

o Test reperformed on July 3rd with SAT test results. As expected, A train flow reduced slightly and B train flow remained the same.

2. RNS cask loading pit flow test (Cask loading pit - RNS Pump - RCS) o Test initially performed SAT in December of 2019 with temporary orifices believed to be smallest expected diameter.

o During CMT testing, A train orifice diameter was reduced from 4.517 to 4.45. B train orifice diameter did not change.

o Plan is to credit the July 3rd RNS mid-loop flow test for the discharge side of the RNS pumps and the December 2019 cask loading pit test for the suction side.

3. Check valve RNS-V013 o Transfer open test completed SAT. Test was performed under dual pump operation.

o The check valve had to be disassembled and the seat lapped due to excess seat leakage.

o Post maintenance test performed (dual pump operation) during the ADS Stages 1-3 flow resistance testing. (IRWST - RNS Pumps - ADS Stages 1 IRWST).

4. Check Valve RNS - V017B o Transfer open test completed SAT. Test was performed under dual pump operation. (Hot leg - RNS Pumps - RCS) o Valve had to be disassembled to perform a weld inspection.

o Post maintenance test performed during CMT holdup test. (IRWST - RNS Pumps - RCS)

ITAAC 216 - PXS Check Valves Position - Targeted

1. Check Valve PXS -V122B o Tested open during IRWST injection flow resistance test. Valve opened but position indication failed to show open.

o Initial test plan required a change in position indication to show valve closed.

o Maintenance of the position indicator failed to show valve open during re-test o Plan to use leak test of the check to show valve closure.

2. Check Valves PXS - V016A&B, V017A&B o Use a demin water source to test check valves.

o To date the demin water sources used have had insufficient volume and/or flow capacity to test the valves o A new plan using China OE is being developed.
