[External_Sender] Holtec Project This is Senator Richard C. Martinez and I prouldly represent District 5 in the NM State Senate with many of the communities in Northern New Mexico; one of them is home to the Los Alamos National Laboratory. I also service as a Past Chairman and currently a member of the Radioactive and Hazardous Materials Interim Committee in the NM Legislature, and during this time I have attended numerous hearings on the proposed Holtec Project. I have become very familiar with the plans and have heard both sides of the debate, and I strongly believe that the project is good for Southestern New Mexico and our nation. I support Holtect and believe the leaders of Eddy and Lea Counties have the right to decide on the best economic development projects for their communites. I respectfully ask that the NRC grant the license and allow the project to move forward! Again, thank you for the opportunites to voice myself today and support this project. Respectfully submitted:
