Dear Mr. Yox:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding an employee being retaliated against for raising concerns.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that an employee was retaliated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
