Dear Ms. Garcia Santos:

In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, on January 14, 2020, I requested that you review the French Approval Certificate Number F/348/AF-96, Revision Fq, for the Model No. FCC-4 transport package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Docket No. 71-3097, EPID L-2020-NEW-0000).

By letter of April 21, 2020 you requested supplemental information to perform your technical review. Attached is the information provided by our applicant, TN Americas LLC, in response to your request.

Enclosures 2 and 3 to the enclosed TN Americas LLC letter will be provided to you electronically; those files include English versions of standards listed in the supplemental information response which are intended only for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission review of the application. TN Americas requests that access to the French Standard documents be limited to only persons reviewing the application, and that all copies be deleted upon completion of the application review.
