SUMMARY
- CENTRUS ENERGY CORP. AMERICAN CENTRIFUGE OPERATING FOREIGN OWNERSHIP, CONTROL, AND INFLUENCE OUTSIDE SECURITY MONITOR On June 1, 2020, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a telephone conference call with staff from Centrus Energy Corp. (Centrus). The purpose of the call was for NRC staff to ask questions of and provide an orientation to the newly hired Outside Security Monitor, whose primary purpose is to monitor and ensure Centrus implements appropriate measures to detect and negate foreign influence that may seek to compromise classified and unclassified sensitive information. I am enclosing the telephone summary for your use. The summary contains Official Use Only-Security Related Information.
