LOUISIANA ENERGY SERVICES - AMENDMENT 86, EXECUTED FUNDING INSTRUMENTS AND CHANGE TO LICENSE CONDITION 10af (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER L-2019-DFA-0017)

Dear Mr. Padgett:

We have reviewed your updated executed financial assurance instruments for decommissioning submitted by letter dated December 12, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19351C744) and supplemented by email dated April 2, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20126G460). We have approved the updated funding instruments. Pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Materials License SNM-2010 is hereby amended to add the dates of the submittals.

Accordingly, License Condition 10 has been modified to read as follows:

af. Decommissioning Financial Assurance dated December 12, 2019, as revised by e-mail dated April 2, 2020.

All other conditions remain the same.

Enclosed are copies of the amended license (Enclosure 1), and the safety evaluation report (Enclosure 2). This amendment completes action on your request. Enterprise Project Identification No. L-2019-DFA-0017 is considered CLOSED.

Documents transmitted herewith contain security-related information. When separated from the sensitive conditions in Part 2 of Enclosure 1, this document is decontrolled.
