The purpose of this contract modification is to: 1) In accordance with FAR 52.212-4 (c),
revise the cost and price schedule for Option Year Three (3) to include required additional quantities thereby increase the total contract value by and; 2) In accordance with FAR 52.217-9, exercise and fully fund Option Year 3 (07/03/2020-07/02/2021). Accordingly, Sections B.2 and C.14 are modified herein.
