REGULATORY GUIDES During the 674th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, June 3-5, 2020, the Committee considered the following Guides. No response to this memorandum is required.
Regulatory Guides
- Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.77, Revision 0, Assumptions Used for Evaluating a Control Rod Ejection Accident for Pressurized Water Reactors. This Regulatory Guide is being replaced by RG 1.236 about which the Committee is writing a separate letter during the June Full Committee meeting (no objection to withdrawal of this RG) (ML00374029)
- Draft Regulatory Guide (DG)-1372, Revision 4 to RG 1.136, Design Limits, Loading Combinations, Materials, Construction and Testing of Concrete Containments, (no review at this time and the Committee reserves the opportunity to review at the final RG stage and see the resolution of public comments) (ML20105A206)
