1.

Change the authorized amount of Australian-origin material from 12,000 to 55,000 kgs of Uranium for a total increase of 43,000 kgs.

2.

Change the authorized amount of Canadian-origin material from 87,000 to 120,000 kgs of Uranium for a totcl increase of 33,000 kgs.
