L Enclosed is a letter from Advanced Nuclear fuels Corporation dated October 20, 1988 requesting an amendment to export license XSNM02161 to increase the quantity of material authorized for export to EURATOM for Biblis I and 2 Unterweser and the KRB-IIC and to add the Grohnde as an additional ultimate consignee.
Before we can act on this request, a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the nenssary assurance letter will be appreciated.
