ASLBP No. 97-732-02-ISFSI APPLICANT'S REQUEST TO EXCEED PAGE LIMITATION FOR ITS RESPONSE TO OHNGO GAUDADEH DEVIA'S ("OGD")
CONTENTIONS RELATING TO THE LOW RAIL TRANSPORTATION LICENSE AMENDMENT In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's (" Board") Memo-randum and Order of February 2,1998 (Memorializing Initial Prehearing Conference Di-rectives), the Applicant requests the Board's approval to exceed the ten page limitation with respect to Applicant's answer to "Ohngo Gaudadeh Devia's ("OGD") Contentions Relating to the Low Rail Transportation License Amendment" which is due to be filed November 12,1998. The Applicant believes that an extra five pages, or fifteen pages in total, should be sufficient.
Applicant believes that this request is reasonable in that OGD's Low Rail conten-tions consist of 10 separate contentions. Further, counsel for Applicant has contacted counsel for OGD and the NRC Staff, neither of whom objects to this request for a page extension. Counsel for the Applicant has not contacted the other parties since none of them have joined in OOD's contentions and do not appear to be affected by this request.
