Dear Honorable Latta:
I am greatly concerned about this area to be used by Davis-Bessie which is situated within a mile or so from Lake Erie and would greatly effect every lives in Lake Erie area, such as water intake by Toledo, Cleveland and municipal-palities, etc.
In this same area - within a mile or so, the Ottawa County Health Board denied applications for new septic tanks due to high water table. As Carroll resident, I wondered if all official authorities know about this?
One may ask, :Does Ottawa County Health Board have double standard?"
Furthermore, the floods of '73 and '74 completely covvered this area. The Toussaint River and Lake Erie was one body of water.
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I understand final NRC meeting to be held 15 April 1986 on this matter.
