The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) letter of October 9,1998 (Reference 1) requested Ms.
Barb Baker, Manager of Human Resources, Lockheed Martin Utility Services, Inc., to provide information regarding certain individuals and activities at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS). Because the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) has responded to previous NRC requests concerning the same' individuals and activities (Reference 2), Ms. Baker referred the request to USEC for response.
I The requested information is provided in Enclosure 1 to this letter. Enclosure 1 does not contain i
proprietary information. However, USEC requests that NRC withhold Enclosure 1 from public
]
l disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6), since disclosure ofinformation in Enclosure 1 could constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
