May 21, 1986 CERTIFICATION OF COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS' APPEAL TO ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING APPEAL BOARD On May 20, 1986, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board received a Notice of Appeal and Brief in Support of Attorney General Francis X.
Bellotti's Appeal of Licensing Board Order of April 29, 1986 addressed to the Licensing Board by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. However, on page 22 of the Brief in support of the Appeal, the Commonwealth demonstrates in the conclusion that it intends to seek relief from the Licensing Board's Order from the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board. Accordingly, the Licensing Board certifies this appeal to the Appeal Board.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts was admitted to this proceeding by our order of-September 13, 1982 under provisions of 10 CFR @
2.715(c). Public Service Co. of New Hampshire, (Seabrook Station, Units 1 and 2), 16 NRC 1029, 1031, 1078-1079.
