SUBJECT:
ILLIN0IS AGREEMENT STATE TRANSITION As you are aware, Illinois should become an Agreement State on July 1, 1986.
Between now and July 1986, a major effort must be devoted by your staff to ensure that all pending actions for Illinois, especially renewals, are completed on time.
Accordingly, please provide me your plan for ensuring that these reviews will be completed by June 15, 1986.
Also, please schedule monthly status meetings with me so we can keep senior management informed.
If additional resources are necessary, then incorporate your recommendations in the plan.
