Dear Mr. Butler:
Enclosed is a copy of PECo test report entitled, "Appendix R Multiple High Impedence Cable Pault Flame Test", dated May 27, 1988 which addresses an open item on multiple high impedance faults from the Combined Inspection Report Nos. 50-277/87-30 and 50-278/87-30.
Information on other open items from the inspection report were transmitted via Reference 2.
As part of that submittal, we committed to forward the test report that supports our position on this issue in June, 1988.
