McGuire Nuclear Station Unit 2 Docket No. 50-370 Gentlemen:
On May 12, 1988, the auxiliary feedwater system was aligned to its assured (nuclear service water system) during testing.
This was reported to source tiie NRC per 10 CFR 50.72 b.2. (ii) and is reportable per 10 CFR 50.73 a.2. (iv),
with the Licensee Event Report due June 13, 1988.
All concerns surrounding this incident have not yet been resolved; consequently the LER will be delayed until July 13, 1988.
