NRC-04-91-047, TASK ORDER NO. 4 ENTITLED, "PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY IMPACTS FROM DISCRETE SOURCES OF NARM" The subject task order expired on December 31,1992. and our records indicate that excess funds in the amount of $11,226.94 are available for deobligation under the task order. The purpose of this modification is to deobligate these funds for use in other immediate Agency j
- requirements. Funds in the amount of $3,349.37, which represent fee not yet paid and still owed to your organization, will be retained under the task order pending final closeout of the contract.
