Commission's Regulations are five copies of a Revision to the Physical Security Plan for Limerick Generating Station consisting of page changes dated l
May, 1986, revised Drawings and the summary of the changes listed on the attachment to this letter. The Revisions to the Plan reflect certain changes which have been or will be made to the Limerick facility. Since some of the changes to the facility have not been completed, the revisions in the Plan relating to such changes will become effective upon completion of the work.
In accordance with Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby zequested that the enclosed Revision to the Plan be withheld from public disclosure. An affidavit which supports this request for nondisclosure and which also states that the Revision will not decrease the safe &uards effectiveness of the Plan is attached hereto.

lie is Vice President of Philadelphia Electric Company, Licensee under Facility Operating License NPF-39 for Limerick Generating Station, Unit I and is authorized to execute this affidavit; 2.
He has reviewed revised pages of the Physical Security Plan for
' Limerick Generating Station dated May,1986, the revised Drawings and the stausary of the changes (hereinafter the " Revisions") and knows the contents thereof. The Revisions will not reduce the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan; 3.
The Revision which is sought to be withheld from public disclosure contains details relating to the Physical Security Plans for Limerick Generating Station; 4
The infomation set forth in the Revision has been treated as confidential and proprietary information and has been withheld from public
. disclosure by Licensee in accordance with Licensee's practice of treating all information dealing with the details of security plans as confidential and proprietary information, and; The Revision should be considered by the NRC as confidential and 5.
