Dear Dr. Murley:
The attached Revision 15 to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP) is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) and should be implemented upon receipt by controlled copy holders.
These revision changes reflect the opening of a second Security Control Center (SCC), referred to as the South Security Control Center (SSCC) and renames the original SCC as the North Security Control Center (NSCC).
Also the new company name, Indiana Michigan Power Company, was inserted on 7 pages including Figure 1.1 1, "Offsite Organization for Facilities Management and Technical Support for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant."
Other editorial changes involved a title change on page 1-1, Figure 1.1-1, Figures 4.1 1 and 4.1-2, cancellation of Chapter 8 that dealt with the temporary security measures during new security 1
control center construction phase, deleting Figure 1.1 2, "D.
