NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-348/98-10 AND 50-364/98-10
Dear Mr. Morey:
On September 11.1998, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection
at your Farley Nac! ear Plant. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During the week of September 8-11,1998, an inspection team observed selected portions of
your emergency organization's response in key facilities during the emergency preperedness
plume exposure exercise conducted on September 9,1998. The emergency response

observed during the simulated accident was considered generally satisfactory.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
