Contention RERP-10 as was specified in basis specification "(e)". The Board's attention is respectfully i directed to the transcript of the second day of the l

prehearing conference whereat NECNP's counsel stated:

"With respect to RERP 10-E, that dealt with the 24-hour capacity of the radiological monitoring labs. After discussion with the Applicants and l explanation of a table, that contention i is withdrawn." Tr. 2277 (Curran). l l

In light of the foregoing it appears that admission of  ;

NECNP RERP-10 as to basis item (e) may have been inadvertent 1

and it is requested that the Board reconsider this matter and correct its Prehearing Order to reflect that NECNP RERP 10(e)-is withdrawn.
