On August 30, 1988, the NRC administered a written examination to an individual
who had applied for a license to operate the Pennsylvania State University
Reactor.
Subsequent to the examination, the written examination questions were discussed

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Comission's regulations, a copy of this
