50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-327, 328/87-52 In TVA's response dated November 10, 1987, to Violation 87-52-02, example C, TVA committed to compare the Instrument Project, phase 2, instrument list with the critical structures, systems, and components (CSSC) list and to resolve any discrepancies by July 1988.
J. N. Donohew and J. B. Brady were notified on August 1, 1988, that the phase 2 instrument list had been delayed and that a new commitment completion date would be provided.
The commitment completion date is extended from July 1988 to April 15, 1989, because of emergent work related to ontt I restart.
