Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.1 under Contract No. NRC 26-98-262
Dear Mr. Athey:
The purpose of this modification is to obligate FY 99 funds in the amount of $115,000.00, thcreby increasing the obligated amount of the subject task order from $85,000.00 to
$200,000.00. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The third and fourth paragraphs of the definitization letter dated, March 31,1998, are deleted in their entirety and s"5stituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $200,000.00, of which the amount of $185,185.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $14,816.00 represents the fixed fee.
In accordance with FAR Clause 52.232 LIMITATION OF FUNDS, the contractor is not obligated to continue performance under this task order or otherwise incur costs in excess of the amount obligated, until the Contracting Officer notifies the contractor in writing that:the obilgated amount has been increased. In absence of such notification by the Contracting Officer, the Government is not obligated to reimburse the contractor for any costs in excess of the obligated amount specified herein. The amount presently obligated will cover performance through May 31,1999."
