Amendment No. 21 further amends GESSAR II by:

Providing additional information to support the Severe Accident analyses presented in Appendix 15D.
2.
Furnishing responses to the requirements of the Commission's proposed Severe Accident Policy Statement.-
3.
Updating the GESSAR II/FSAR interface tables of Subsection 1.9.1.
4.
Clarifying portions of the text where previously identified discrepancies exist.
