Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $300,000 to allow for the continuation of work under the subject contract. As a result, the obligated amount of this contract is hereby increased from $1,168,122 to $1,468,122.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section B, Paragraph B.3 - Consideretion and Obliaation-Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Subparagraph (c) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991)

The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is $1,468,122, of which the sum of $1,372,491.11 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which $95,630.89 represents the fixed fae."
