The commission has iss,ad the enclosed Amendment No. 62 to Provisional License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR).
This amendment revises the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated September 30, 1987 (LAC-12383) cs revised February 22, 1988 (LAC-12500).
A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing related to the requested action was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on November 18, 1987 (52 FR 44243) and April 20, 1988 (53 FR 13013).
No coments or requests for hearing were received.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 62 is also enclosed. A notice of issuance pertaining to this action will appear in the Commission's notice publication in the FEDERAL REGISTER.
