Accordingly,. the contract is hereby. modified as follows:
1.
.In accordance with Section I.5 FAR clause 52.217-9, the Government hereby exercises its option to extend the term of_the contract an additional year to June 30, 2000. As a result, Section F.6 " Duration of Contract ALT 4" is hereby replaced by the following Section F.6:
F.6 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (bUU1 1987) ALTERNATE 4 (JUN 1988)
The ordering period for this contract shall commence on July 1, 1997 and will expire on-June 30, 2000.
Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.(See 52.216 Ordering.)
The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional two successive one-year periods.

In addition, the-Maximum Ordering Limitation of the contract is increased by $2,029,044'from $4,015,328 to $6,044,372.
The cumulative minimum order guarantee is reset to $604,437. This guarantee has already been satisfied by_a sufficient dollar value of task orders issued during the base contract ordering period.
Therefore, no additional' funds are allotted by this contract modification. As a reult of the above, Section B.3 Consideration and Obligation - Task Orders is revised to read as follows:
B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--TASK ORDERS (AUG 1989) ALTERNATE 1 (iRRf 1991)
(a) The Maximum Ordering Limitation (MOLi for products and services i
ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is $6,044,372. The L
Contracting Officer may place orders with the contractor during the L
contract ordering period provided the aggregate amount of such orders l
does not exceed this MOL.
l' (b) The cumulative minimum ordering guarantee under the contract is

-(c) The Maximum ordering Limitation (MOL) set above for the contract base and option one and two periods for products and services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract may be increased by

orders with the contractor during Option Period Three provided the aggregate amount of such orders does not exceed the new MOL.
