Because of the very recent completion of the discovery depositions on this contention and conflicting professional obligations on the part of our witnesses, their pre-filed direct testimony is not yet available, but will be filed on the following schedule:

by Friday, April 25, 1986, Dr. Ilgen's testimony will be filed, together with an outline by counsel of the substance of the expected testimony of Drs. McVirnan and Arvey, which will be filed by Friday, May 2, 1986.

It is understood that these experts will be presented toward the conclusion of the evidentiary hearing and that, as with certain of Applicant witnesses, these witnesses will be available for deposition prior to testimony at hearing.
