MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 003, Entitled " SEISMIC REVIEWS FOR TITLE 11 SITES" Under Contract No. NRC-02-98-002
Dear Mr. Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through October 30, 1999, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, in order to allow the contractor to obtain additionalinformation on the existing conditions at the site to complete the task. This action is being taken as a result of the contractor's e-mail message of 11/3/98 and the NRC Program Office request of 10/30/98, in which both parties agreed to this no-cost extension.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order number 3 shall be in effect from August 3,1998, through October 30,1999 with a cost ceiling of $13,884."
A summary of obligations under this task order, from'd te of award through this modification, is given below:
Total FY 98 obligations
$13,884 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations
$13,884 This task order modification does not obligate any funds.
The issuance of this task order does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject contract.
