NRC-04-98-041 Modification No. 13 Page 2 of 2 Modification No.1 is issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of $600,000. The contract is therefore modified as follows:
Under Sectson B.3, Consideration and Obligation--Cost Reimbursement (Jun 1988) Altemate 1 (Jun 1988),
the obligated amount is increased by $600,000, from $900,000 to $1,500,000. Therefore, paragraphs b.and
- c. are deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"(b) The amount presently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is $1,500,000.
(c) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through 07/02/99.*
A summary of obfigations for this contract, from the date of award through the date of this action, is given below:
Total FY98 Obligations: $ 900,000 Total FY99 Obligations: $ 600,000 Total NRC Obligations: $1,500,000 This modification obligates FY99 funds in the amount of $600,000.
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling of $2,707,558, remain unchanged.
