Security Plan - Revision 23 In accordance with the provisions of Part 50.54(p) of Title 10 of the Code of Fedoral Regulations [10 CFR 50.54(p)) changes to the Security Program at the Trojan N'aclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan PCE-1017, have been ittplerented.
Our evaluation has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Program.
Attachment A is a detailed description of the changes, along with a die-eussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment B consists of four copies of the replacement pages for the Trojari Security Plan. Another two copies are being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
Attachments A and B contain Safeguarde 1 formation of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21.
