Gentlemen:
On June 15,1986, we verbally notifief your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving the adequacy of nonconformance report-(NCR) dispositions.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable deficiency under 10CFR50.55(e).
Our latest interim report on this issue logged TXX-88313, was submitted on March 14, 1988.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report no l
later than July 13, 1988.
