The services required shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal dated January 10, 1986, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Therefore, the following changes are hereby incorporated:

Under Section F, Paragraph F.2., Period of Perfomance, is modified to read:
"The period of performance for the work required hereunder shall commence on March 18, 1985 and end on March 17, 1987."

Under Section G, Paragraph G.1, Contract Ceiling, at the end of the

Under Paragraph G.3.1.3, add the following:
The following indirect rates shall apply to all cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders issued during the second year of this contract:
A.
Pending the establishment of final overhead rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 43.07 percent for work that is perfomed on-site, and 15.64 percent for work that is performed off-site.

Pending the establishment of final fringe benefit rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 32 percent.
C.
Pending the establishment of final general and administrative rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at the provisional rate of 13.92 percent.
7.
Under Paragraph G.4, the Appropriation No. for this option year is:

As a result of this modification, the total amount obligated on this contract is increased by $182,045.42, from $206,000.00 to $388,045.42.
