This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated September 26, 1988 and your check for $800 in payment of the civil penalty proposed by the NRC in a letter dated August 9, 1988.
The NRC recognizes that you have comitted to lasting improvement in your performance and expects that 'this comitment will be net. You should be aware that future violations similar to the ones which you have admitted, indicating the failure to carry out the public trust, may result in the termination of your license.
