MODIFICATION Nu 3 TO TASK ORDER NO.1, UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-02-98-011 The purpose of this modification is to allot $91,883 in incremental funds to this task order
' pursuant to FAR clause 52.232-22 " Limitation of Funds." Accordingly, Task Order No.1 is hereby modified as follows:
Task Order No.1 remains in effect from September 14,1998 through July 13,1999. The total cost ceiling for the subject task order remains at $134,077 in which the amount of $124,763 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $9,314 represents the fixed fee.
Funds in the amount of $91,883 are obligated by this mod to fully fund this task order.
