As native liew Englanders who continue to spend our summers in the Vermont /l.ew Hampshire area we are greatly concerned by the unreasonatle delay in activating the Seabrook Plant. We are in conplete agreement with the proposed "cleification of emergency planning requirements for low-power licenses" as the next st ep in the program to activate the Seabrook~ Plant.
We urge th lii:0 to move forward and approve this proposal to speed the licensing of this sorely needed facility.
