This application for an amendment to the James A.

FitzPatrick Technical Specifications proposes changes regarding crescent area ventilation operability and surveillance testing.

Specifically, this change clarifies the term "compartment" in Specification 3.11.B.1 on page 239.

Also, the change eliminates the conflict between Specifications 3.11.B.1 and 4.11.B.1. In accordance with 10 CFR 170.12, a check for $150.00 is enclosed as payment of the application fee for the review of these proposed changes to the Technical Specifications.
