In accordance with the provisions of Part 50.54(p) of Title 10 of the Code of Foleral Regulations (10 CFR 50.54(p)) changes to the Security Program at i
the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan RF-1017, have been implernented. Our evaluation has determined that these changes ou not decrease the Safeguards effectiveness of the Security Program.
Attachment A is a detailed description of the changes, along with a dis-cussion of the reasons for making the changes.
Attachment B consists of four copies of the replaecment pages for the Trojan Security Plan. Another two copies are being fotvarded to the Regional Administrator, Region V.
Attachments A and B contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21.
